Please resolve this ASAP as it's a huge inconvenience

Utterly Disgusted. No response or feedback from program coordinators. Results are not updated. My exam results are show that I did not write or attempted to answer questions which is impossible. I have tried to query this with the lecturer who advised that he can't assist, I logged a ticket, and it was closed without my query being resolved. 1. ASPL reflects that I obtained 10%, and that I wrote my exam "sitting" meaning at campus. with all due respect. That is IMPOSSIBLE. I wrote my exam only the lecturer can't assist, the program coordinator has not responded. Their systems are inconsistant, on the day of our exams, a lot of students struggled with system issues, I wrote irrespective of the challenges. 2. LEO, I received grades without the script being marked. Explain how that happened? The lecturer insists he marked the script but there's no proof, nor remarks. 3. Term 2 - My timetable is clashing. I was in group 1 for term 1, this term, some modules are in group 1, some in group2, as a result, my modules are clashing. No assistance whatsoever to date. I have started Term 2 not knowing what the outcome of ASPL is.
