Please improve how you distribute bursary allowances🙏

Honestly, the financial admin at Rosebank College is a nightmare. Specifically, Winstonia is taking forever to process our GCRA bursary allowances, and she gives ZERO updates. On top of that, we were forced to buy books through WizeBooks, only to later find out that they deduct 20% on refunds, something that Winstonia never communicated.

We depend on these funds to pay for basic stuff, and having no info or timeline is just stressful and unfair. Please, do better.
