Phones not answered

since last week Thursday i have been trying to get assistance with no, the phones are not answered and i need to register for my repeat. what kind of an institution is this ? I'm even thinking of going to other institutions I'm sure customer service will be way better than this. im even regretting myself for registering with them from the 1st time.
