phone just ring million times no answer

I have been trying to call rosebank for the whole months they dont answer their phone , i even tried to connect with them on whatsapp still no reply ,...like really what was your reason of creating att this online things if you cant reply to us when we need help ? even on your live chart no on will ever reply........tell me how to we get help if we cant make it straight to the branch ? very bad service ***
