payment allocation

My name is Abide Matombi, a final-year student at Rosebank College, student number ST***4, studying IT.

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding a long-standing issue with my school fees payment. I paid my full settlement in 2023, but to this day, the payment has still not been allocated to my account.

I have been visiting the finance department repeatedly since 2023 and logging tickets, but the issue remains unresolved. I was assisted by Alice, who escalated my query to Anna, Sbongile, and Sarfuraaz , yet none of them have managed to resolve the matter. At one point, I was told that my payment had been allocated, but when I went to confirm this, nothing had been updated on my account.

To make matters worse, I keep receiving SMS messages threatening suspension, even though I have paid my school fees on time every year.

I am not going to pay again for something that has already been paid. I strongly believe this issue will be fixed before I graduate, and I sincerely hope this is the last time I have to raise this matter.
