PATHETIC SERVICE-REFUND!

Pathetic service ever since I started my application with Rosebank College. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now, the stuff is so rude Everytime I call, my call gets hung up. I've sent emails to the relevant department concerning my refund but I have not received any solid feedback. Rosebank College Online campus I DEMAND MY REFUND ASAP!!! The incompetency is becoming unacceptable now.
