Pathetic Service for Past Student

Did a part time course over at College Campus, now known as Rosebank College, back in 2005/2006. Never received any info of my Certificate been ready for collection. Don't have student number or anything to show for studying there.<br> <br> Called the campus last week as I have a query against my CV regarding the Certification.Requested for proof of the certification as there should be some sort of system with information pertaining to me studying there<br> .<br> 31/03 - Called and spoke to lady - advised she will check and get back to me<br> 01/04 - Called,was told lady who can assist is on leave<br> 04/04 - Called and was advised that she can`t find any records. She advised she will lodge a query. Waited on response and received none. Called back and she said she was working on it. Called again for update and received none - spoke to another lady who then said she will assist and then was told to call back next day.<br> 05/04 - Called again and still no feedback. Spoke to Agent from first day and keeps giving me the same story of unable to locate my info - surely my ID is sufficient as I was advised that they can locate using ID number.<br> <br> Now I am resorting to this as I cant get any joy from anyone ther
