Password query

I had a problem with logging into my student portal, I couldn't even view my marks since the password I typed when logging kept on saying it's incorrect but I'm so grateful to Mr Musetha Mulanga who was able to offer help & in time. Mr Mulanga was very kind ,polite and patient when helping me .After his help I was able to log into my student portal and view my marks if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be knowing my marks even by now .I really appreciate their professionalism and support .
