Outstanding service

I would like to compliment young lady Mbali Jolaosa at Rosebank college Braamfotein her service is outstanding. I am a parent who is not happy with service from the college everytime when I encounter problem my last hope as a parent will be Mbali who will make sure that she respond to emails and forward the quiry to revelevant people. My child has been making follow up about unmarked task for 1st semester's and she is not winning. Up until I intervene by asking Mbali wht to do about the issue of marks. She forwarded the email to relevant department hope now the matter will be dealt with.

Rosebank must keep such people like Mbali who can deal with problem professional. I hope those who suppose to solve the matter will do so.Managers need to know about the service from Mbali. Keep up the good work and protect the image of the College. My child is so stress but after told her that Mbali managed to forward the matter at .she is so relieved now.
