***** ON ALLOCATION OF BURSARY FUNDS

Good day Rosebank,

I am regretting sending my son to your institution and i wouldn't advise anyone to study here.

My son has been kicked out of Res due to non payment by Rosebank college.

Why is it an issue to allocate bursary funds.

GCRA paid second installment of bursary funds due, so why is an issue to pay over. Also my son didn't order books from your book seller as it's already late because you taking to long.

Why dragging the refunds due to him.

Please employing *********** people there in your finance department.

Last semester we had the same issue and this semester samething.

Psychologically your want our kids to fail because of your incompetence.

I will be glad if someone calls me with clarification on this matter.
