Not yet refunded

On January 2015 i registered to study at Rosebank College with a support from my parent who recently lost her job on February then she couldn't afford to pay for my studies, and i already by then paid for applications and registration but i have never received any study packs, books or anything. So i appled for aduloan but was declined. On the 19 February 2015 i requested for a refund so i can use the money for other thing like doing a car driving licence. <br> I have being calling their finance department and sending Email and they always tells me i will be refunded soon but nothing, when i takes some weeks without calling them for a follow up the tend to forget about me, thats clearly unprofessional, ********* and *********** especially from educational institution. <br> Please i would like my refund back, they may call me for further details. <br> <br> Cellphone number: ***
