Not getting assistance

Hi,<br> <br> so I've been calling in for the last 3weeks for my marks INPC to be fixed and they say my assignment was not received but, came in on the one Saturday to resolve the matter but, Today I call in and explain that my slip is lost. One I signed a register so that should be proof enough but im being told I have no leg to stand on. Regardless of the fact that you are a private institution, you are offering a service im paying for but the assistance and service delivery is low. I need my marks to be fixed but im being told because I lost the slip they will not go into the register, I must re-submit. that's not going to happen lest I get an explanation as to why you wont check your register. I lost my slip, it happens - why do I sign the register then?<br> secondly the staff is rude, in as much as they deal with a number of students daily they need to know etiquette. please help sort this out
