Nonsensical behavior

Rosebank is a private college but has such a horrible service delivery, you will assume because it is private, it would have a be better service than public colleges. I have been trying to get my marks fixed since the beginning of February with no luck. First, I struggle to get my statement and now some of my subject marks don't appear. I have tried all sorts of communication with the lecturers to mention Charlotte for my payroll marks that reflect a zero on my statement and Palesa who doesn't even want to assist me with my labor law marks. Why must a black child struggle this much? I don't have any outstanding fees.
