Non supply of Statement of Results

I obtained a Diploma in Media Studies and Jourmalism in the year 2004 from Rosebank College and have been trying to obtain my statement of results for the final year of study for 3 weeks now.<br> <br> I spoke to Nompumelelo Mokwayi and she said she would ask the National Department for my Results as the systems they are using can only show results from the year 2006<br> <br> The only thing I was able to get was Registration documents of the college but for some reason I cannot be provided with my final year results. I need the information in order to register for a Btech in Public Relations Managemet. Because they also for some reason do not accept Diplomas from small colleges they want my academic results in order to check my subjects as well as marks in order to consider me. <br> <br> Now I can't do anything because the college I spent 2 years of my life studying towards a better future cannot trace my details, nor provide me with the required information. You can't even use the student number you gave me in 2004 because it is now used by someone else.<br> Why is this difficult for your institution to provide me with my records? It's very odd that you don't have such records at tour disposal. Need answers!
