Non payments of refunds

So i registered a course in logistics with Rosebank Collage , got accepted and paid for my deposit and first month of collage fees worth R 5 990.00 in February . By the time i had to come and collect my student card they said i didn't qualify for the course i app**** for . All i wanted to do was to Logistics and they tried to make me choose other course, so i requested to get my refund , they told me the procedure and papers needed to get my refund . So i handed in all documentation they needed and it was captured by the 9th of March 2015. The waiting period for my refund was 21 working days . Till this day i haven't received my refund . I have made several attempts to get my refunds and i have been taken from pillar to post .
