Noise in library and lack of PCs to use.

Final year student with many assessments due, throughout the semester I was not happy with the service of the information center. Either there is not enough computers to use for assignments or it is too loud to focus. Before my practicals I had to constantly go to an internet cafe to pay to use the computers for my assignments which was kind of disappointing.
