No one is reachable to assist

I locked so many tickets but no one is responding to me , I called more the 4 times last week and still no one gets back to me. I always struggle when you it comes to getting help from the school it’s been years now☹️ this doesn’t get me frustrated anymore it saddens me so much , I can’t remember when last did I get anything right without coming here !
