No letter of completion

I saw a review mentioning the same problem I'm facing with the Completion Letter. According to the email, we were supposed to get it by February 15th, but it's not in my Stacy account yet.

I asked others in our group chat, and no one has got their Completion Letters either. It's important for job applications, and the delay is causing stress.

I hope sharing this review helps to get attention so we can get our Completion Letters soon.
