No help from administration

This Saturday will be the 3 week back at the school for my final semester in my part time bookkeeping course,But I have only attended one lecture out of all the three modules I have. We have a massive mix up with our timetable we have been scheduled previously completed modules, time allocated is ridiculous. We have spoken to the lady who is handling the part time students but every time we do she keeps saying she will see what she can do as if It is not important. She is not open to our suggestions at all. I just went to the campus right now and she is only available from 1pm? There is no stuff to handle part time queries on call till one in the afternoon. Currently have no access to my student portal after I have been calling the school to ask them to sort out this. The administration at this school is impossible.<br>
