No Graduation Certificate, After Graduating Makes No Sense!!

I graduated from Rosebank College almost at the end of May after struggling to get them to fix my marks, i had to write a review on hello peter in order to be taken seriously and again i have to go through this process. I graduated almost at the end of May and on the day of my graduation i never received my certificate which didnt make sense and as comforting as my family and the head of academic was i was quite angry cause the incompetence hust didnt make sense, how can my classmates receive theirs snd i dont but my fees are all up to date and my transcript states that i have passed the module, then i was promised by the head of operation (which out of respect i wont mention his name) he promised that i would have it within two weeks after graduation and was very humble about the apology, after two weeks i emailed him and again he postponed, and now its been 2 months and no update whatsoever about my transcript and it doesnt make sense at all. ROSEBANK PLEASE EXPLAIN DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG TO NOT DESERVE MY GRADUATION CERTIFICATE???
