No feedback - you talk to yourself 😒

I registered for the Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, was required to pay the registration and pre enrolment fees, which I did, and then it was silent. Tried calling a number of times and everyone they put you through to, you don’t get, voicemail, all the time. Eventually I messaged them on Twitter, then I got cc’d in an email, to one of the employees to link me or approve me, no response was received. I followed up 3 times, still nothing. Now I’m at a point where I want the registration and pre enrolment fees refunded because no one is coming back to me. So disappointed.
