No communication

Good afternoon

This is a message from a helpless student.

I am an online student who is so disappointed and frustrated about the assistance I am receiving about my missing Marks.

I logged in 4 tickets already. No response. They just asked in which campus I wrote in. I responded but no response until now.

I tried calling different numbers honestly. No assistance. They keep in transferring me to other lines.

I am really disappointed. I don’t know who to call or email at this point.
