No communication

I have been struggling to get in contact with Rosebank College for months. I am supposed to write an outstanding exam from the first semester in 2024 and no one has been able to tell me what date I am supposed to write. The college emailed me in November 2024 and asked me for my contact details and a suitable time to work out the details of the outstanding exam. I gave them the information and emailed them my available times for weeks and I have received no response. Now I have registered for my outstanding module this semester in 2025, and it seems like I cannot sign into my student account. The student home page is not working and I can't sign into RC learn to start my work.
