New Student experience

<p>My daughter enrolled to be a student at Rosebank college for 2017. It was first difficult to get her log in details for her to access her assignments on the student portal. Then when that information came, the credentials provided do not work. After spending half my morning on the phone with them (one technician had me on hold but left me there for over 10 minutes and another promised that everything will be sorted in 5 minutes which of course never happened) another lady says they are very busy so they will keep putting me on hold. Customer service is clearly not a priority for this company.</p>
