Navigating Technical Challenges: A Review of Recent Service Experience at Rosebank College

I recently completed my studies in 2023 at Rosebank College, where I experienced three years of relatively smooth sailing. However, my recent encounter with the institution has left me considerably stressed. Despite their previous competence in handling matters, I find myself unable to access crucial resources such as my student portal, Outlook, and vital documents like my Statement of Results and proof of completion. Despite my efforts in resetting passwords multiple times, access remains elusive. This is particularly frustrating given that I have fulfilled my financial obligations to the institution in full.

My attempts to resolve this issue have been met with prolonged periods on hold during phone calls, with no resolution in sight. As I am currently residing in Limpopo, traveling to Pretoria to address this matter in person would incur significant expenses and inconvenience. Consequently, my job application process is now at a standstill due to the unavailability of essential documents like my letter of completion and academic transcript. Furthermore, being logged out of the system deprives me of vital information such as my upcoming graduation date.

I had harbored high expectations for prompt and efficient resolution of this issue, given the esteemed reputation of the institution and the considerable investment made in tuition fees, which I ensured were paid promptly. However, the prolonged and inadequate response from Rosebank College has left me deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to witness such lapses in service provision, especially considering the institution's standing and my unwavering commitment to meeting my obligations.
