I would like to express my sincere appreciation for my English lecturer, Ms Minenhle Thusi, whose dedication and passion for teaching genuinely stand out. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to ensure that we not only understand the content but also feel confident in applying it (which is the important part).

What truly sets her apart is her passion and the way she pours herself into her teaching. She does not just teach academic content, but she shares meaningful life lessons and golden nuggets of wisdom that stay with you long after the lesson is over. Her classes are informative and impactful on a personal level as well.

She wears her heart on her sleeve, and her humanity is evident in the way she engages with students. She is patient, understanding, and deeply invested in our growth, both academically and as individuals. That level of care is rare and it creates a learning environment where you feel supported, motivated and seen.

She balances professionalism, authenticity, and genuine care so effortlessly. Her influence goes beyond the classroom and she is truly making a lasting impact.
