Money paid, where is the course material, study guides and straight up answers

My husband company paid his studies in full for first year. He is registered but getting the run around about when to start and finance is approving but his company paid in full. Greg Fillmore assist here as it's a lot of money to still be awaiting course material, study guides,etc.
