Modules to be loaded

I’m a frustrated student I have been logging a call for my modules to be loaded and when they respond they say the ticket has been resolved while nothing has been . I spoke with Bonisiwe Ngema and gave her my ticket number and she said I should wait for 48 hrs I waited more than that but I still see nothing on my portal .My classes has commenced and I have to submit my WIL project nextweek. Came to the campus in Pretoria CBD but they can’t help me she is saying she doesn’t have an access on the people that have to help me.

I really don’t understand how does these people work .You guys are not organize ,you don’t plan your things ,you implement things and you don’t stick to them.
