Modules no being uploaded and Results

I’m so hopeless at this point , makes feel so weak , it’s almost end of semester in-fact the end of the academic year ! And I’ve tried everything at this point , emails , calls , going to campus listen mostly everything and still haven’t been helped !!!

For my semester marks to uploading a module that I need to get done with this year , the module is still not on my portal and I was told that it’s an IT problem . Will I ever get help ?
