I believe this is the only way I can get proper assistance.

In Semester 4, I was registered for the DIAL5111 module and actively participated in it throughout the semester. However, during the examination period, I went onto the student portal to check my marks and noticed they were not available. I immediately logged a call to report the issue.

Shortly after that, the module was removed from my ARC without any communication or explanation. I continued logging calls to understand why it was removed, and I even visited the Pretoria campus in person, but unfortunately, I did not receive any help.

Later, I received an email from Rainy Machaka informing me that the module is actually scheduled for Semester 5 and that I would need to redo it. I accepted this without any issues and registered for the module again in Semester 5.

However, the module reappeared on ARC with the same submissions from Semester 4, which I reported again by logging a call.

Now, I’ve been informed that the module is for Semester 1. I am really confused—how is this possible? The information keeps changing, and it is affecting my ability to complete the module correctly.

This issue affected my mental health because how can i fight this. I wrote my semester 4 examination very painful because as an employee and a student isn't easy.
