Missing results

I attended at Rosebank College Pretoria Campus and I have been having issues with my results since semester 1. I haven't received my semester 2 results and nobody can give me a straight answer as to why. I have been going to campus to enquiry about them and they have different stories every time. At first they said my marks were put under the wrong course, than they said my marks disappeared and now they are claiming that my course was cancelled/discontinued. I really don't know what to think of this because my classmates and other peers in my course have received their results but I still haven't.
