I had issues with my finances, i went to register with the balance amount i had in my account then i later went to settle the account for the year with additional fees for my repeat module (Economics) So when i checked my balance it stated that i still owe reason being that they didn't change my payment method from 11 months instalments to cash but i got help today and they explained to me what has transpired and we closed the ticket
