messed up service!!

<p>On the 15th of June 2016, I graduated however I didn't receive my certificate nor was my name on the graduates list I had to be squeezed in, do u know how awful that felt knowing you've completed your course and everything's paid up?. Not to mention ur professional staff, those people need some serious training I never got a valid reason to why my certificate wasn't printed out or even why my name wasn't on their graduation list. I have my transcript but you guys treat us like ******* whenever one of ur students fall behind on school fees payments you all up in their throats, I have really had it with this institution I want my certificate and then it's adios to you people train your staff too those people are so **** rude. Can I get some help here?? Geez</p>
