Meal allowance not paid

I am writing as a parent of a GCRA student who, along with others, is still waiting for meal allowance payments. Winstonia has already allocated the funds, and last week around 30 students received their allowances. However, 9 students, including my child, have not been paid because Finance has not approved the payments.

It has now been over a week with no updates or communication. This delay is unfair and is directly affecting the students, who rely on these allowances for their daily meals.

I kindly urge you to resolve this matter urgently and provide clear feedback on when the pending payments will be processed.
