Marks not showing on transcript
My marks were not showing on my transcription and I went to the 12th floor for assistance. Mr Melusi Zungu is the one that assisted me and went above and beyond to ensure that I get my marks. He was very patient with the process and went to lengths where he went to the store room to find my file.
