Make it make sense.

I am a final year student who has just finished my studies in Bachelor of Education in Intermediate Phase. I am in arrears on my student account for the second semester of 2025 and my academic records are being withheld for this reason. I have made numerous attempts to bring my situation across in an amicable and respectful way to try and get some kind of understanding or consideration but have received nothing but rude and robotic answers from the agents who deal with tickets and who answer the phones in the finance department. I am unemployed and I have always paid my fees out of my own pocket from year 1 to now and this year has just been so difficult and frustrating in this regard. How am I supposed to get a job as a teacher without being able to prove that I passed if Rosebank refuses to show me my academic record? They know that employers will ask for this and yet they refused to cooperate in any way so how the **** am I supposed to find work if without this I can’t do that? Then how the **** am I gonna pay the account? Please explain this ****ing genius logic to me man… I wish I never transferred from varsity college this half ****d **** show called Rosebank. Where nobody has understanding or consideration on even the slightest human level for nothing.
