Lwando Mhlakaza - Student Wellness Coordinator

Mr lwando Mhlakaza is a Student Wellness Coordinator and Campus Life Committee (CLC) Manager at Rosebank College Pretoria Mega Campus. Mr Lwando Mhlakaza is good a leader and manager of the CLC, he helps the CLC in carrying out it's daily tasks on campus and events planned by the CLC for students on campus. He provides assistance and support to the team by outlining the roles and responsibilities of every portfolio in the committee and chain of command in getting proposals approved and reporting. He also provides the team emotional and mental support sessions and this is beneficial for the team in mitigating conflicts and this is the knowledge we implement in our personal lives out of school, However there are a few inconsistencies with how he would show individuals how to do something and later when you implement the same principle he would disagree with it at a later stage, sometimes he's able to pick up the inconsistency and self correct, this is what makes him a good leader and manager of the team.
