They are friendly to you at first but once you become a student there you receive the worst service ever starting from the library at Braamfontein campus they will knowingly sell you the wrong books knowing very well that they won't take them back so make sure that you double check that what they are selling you is what you requested as a first year student and always request for your quotation back just to make sure that you're not being manipulated cause you're new and clueless some books you won't need so enquire with those who have been there. 80% of the administration staff at the institution is careless and inconsiderate the college has a bad tendency of not being liable for their mistakes for example the portal can state that you got a certain result but the actual script can state something totally different but when you let them know they won't be apologetic about their inconvenience instead they'll give attitude without even considering that their technical errors will cost you a lot of money. The college will only inform you once the damage is done of any kind of mismanagement of documents or so that's only if you run after them if you don't you'll pay for things that you know nothing about this I'm saying because of an assignment that went missing that I didn't receive even today only after a year of contacting them did they inform me of what happened which I too cannot say whether it's valid or not since there wasn't any proof I have a stamped and signed submission receipt that states that I submitted an assignment but I've never seen my script after the submission. They don't inform their lecturers about their rules and procedures as an institution so the lectures provide students with the incorrect information which they blame the students yet they didn't inform their own stuff. 40% of the lectures at the institution are prepared for lectures and know how to guide you through the modules the rest of them are just there to be there they cannot answer your questions nor are they ever there to lecture you. They don't do follow ups if you leave without reason they don't follow up to find out why just so that they can improve for future students. Their library is good although it is small. They have a few study venues at their campus. They only care about money and their reputation not the quality of the graduates that they produce. They do try their best to ensure that their students pass but it's only at a later stage and it's only for their benefit not the students. They do provide students with the necessary resources just for them to be independent of their lecturers for explanations. Out of 10 I give them a 5.
