Log in credentials

Had such a bad experience with the student portal couldn't log in for my submissions. Which caused so much frustration and anxiety. Most of my schoolwork I couldn't submit was behind I'd like to put recognition to the person who went an extra to make sure not only is the ticket attended to but resolved a special thanks to Mulanga Masetha who managed to go out of his way to assist, i remember texting him stressed and he assured he will attend to it. and yes, he did now I'm happy. Thank you
