I have noticed this librarian even if he can not assist you on something, but he listens thorough to your story in a very attentive gesture, after he will tell if he can or can not help on resolving d issue then if he can not, he will refers you to the right person to assist.

This is wht i call customer service. He shows interest and pay attention.
