Letter of completion

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving my letter of completion and graduation letter from Rosebank College. Despite completing all my modules successfully in 2024 and submitting the required documents, I have yet to receive the necessary documentation.

As per the college's initial communication, I was informed that the letter of completion would be issued at the beginning of February 2025 and uploaded to the student portal. However, I have not received the correct documentation to date.

I have made several attempts to seek assistance through email, but unfortunately, my queries have gone unaddressed. In an effort to resolve the matter, I traveled from another province to the Braamfontein campus, only to be provided with an incorrect letter of completion stating that I had already graduated, which is not the case.

I am finding it increasingly challenging to continue waiting for the correct documentation, particularly given the significant effort and resources I have expended to seek assistance. Frustration is an understatement!
