Letter of Completion and Certificate

It is very sad that I have to come to this platform again to complain about the poor service Im receiving from Rosebank College. I have recently completed my BEd and was promised and assured that by February 10th I will receive my Letter of Completion. To this day I have not received it. Other students have gotten their Letter of Completion as well as a digital copy of their certificate. I have been to campus 4 times in the last month alone with no clue what to do and being told the same thing by operations “there is nothing we can do”. I find it highly unfair that I have to fight as hard as I am to get what I need. I have lost many opportunities because of not having the proper documentation that says I am graduating this year. I have submitted the relevant documents on my student portal and sent numerous tickets.
