Lack of update on cancellation process

On the 16th of February, this year, I went to inquire about the cancellation process for the Higher Certificate in Mobile Application and Web Development course I app**** with them in the Braamfontein campus, because I had received an email stating that I have been accepted for a learnership from the Umuzi NGO. I was given a cancellation request form, and was told to fill it in and keep it as proof that I requested a cancellation for the said app**** course.

On the 20th of the same month, I requested a cancellation myself, but through their IIE RC Assist platform, and provided the proof that I am really requesting a cancellation and that all communications should be held via my email address. Three days later, which was the 23rd of February, I received an email from them asking if I am certain that they should proceed with the cancellation, and I consented.

Fast forward to this month, I sent an email, yesterday, where I asked about the progress of the cancellation, but no response.

This process should've been completed within just a week or two, but it is ridiculously long when there's a lack of communication. Moreover, the sponsor who paid for the full settlement of the course also wants to know about the progress. This is tiring.
