Dear Nomasonto,

I am sadly disappointed with the level of services being provided by your institution, the sad part of this is that i need to runaround pick up my ohine and write emails just to follow up with to to no avail,

I have asked you since last week the status of my application till today you either ignore my email or you are not reading it at all. Kind regards Thabang Kola
