Lack of Communication about Graduation Dates😩

I am currently a graduand awaiting my graduation ceremony at Rosebank College, I feel disappointed as there’s lack of communication between management who is responsible of communicating with us regarding graduation, at least a date or something, as a young lady, I have to book a makeup appointment and photoshoot and those people require dates to finally book, the institution is quiet and nothing is being communicated, very much disappointed and scared I won’t be able to find someone to help since it looks like I’ll be booking late, I give them 0 when it comes to communication😩
