Lack of Communication

<p>I have been a student with rosebank college durban campus from 2015 and the communication barrier is always unrelliable as they always give the wrong information and at the end of the day they something else. My fisrt query has to do with the fees for the part time Office administration course that they offer as they gave the wrong information. In 2015 we were told that the whole course will take R8600.00 of whihc that was the amount i paid in full with the cheque from my study loan, and on 2016 we were now told that we need to pay an extra R5155.00 of which when we were querying about on the year end of 2015 the school manager advised us that we do n ot need to make any extra payment for course. Now the school is saying that i owe this money for the whole course and they have also submited my name to their collection department of whihc i did advised them that it was in my plans that i was suppose to pay that amount and i will make plans in making the payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>My second query is of the discountinuation exams, i have 3 module in which i was supose to write the doscountinaution examination for and in the beginning of the year i was always goiung to the campus to query in regards with the exam time table and being told to come on the following week of each i came to the school i was always told to check in the following weeke, i then stop going to the campus and strted calling the campus. each day i was calling the campus they used to tell me to call again on the next monday as they will have the information. they told me stories like the school is still busy with the supplimentary exams and the special exams. The last time i communated with them they told me that they have submitted the request to their Head Office in Pretoria for the discontuntinuation exam time table once they have the details they will contact the students, then i stopped calling them. then time passed and last month when i called them to query as i have not received the call from them i was told that the discountinuation exams have already been written students were contacted but i was not contacted to come and write, and yet they still want me to pay their R5155.00 that i owe to them. </p>
