It this higher learning??

All documentation was submitted and all fees paid. The student number given by Rosebank College does not allow the first year student to log in. That means we cannot get a timestable or a booklist. I have been phoning for 3 days, multiple times and nobody answers the phone. The student has wasted 3 days in the college with no classes to attend.
