Is this a **** college or what?

Hi I have to repay full amount after two years not getting help at the college, I did not books, second year getting at school,No results for every tasks I've submitted because I haven't got a single results for anything.since last year August I've been asking for my results to date, I haven't got the results now forfeited everything. Now I have to pay more money for nothing again? Now they're saying forfeit all my money I've paid 23 000 What quaranties me that I'm going to get help after paying this time. The whole 2021, I've struggles get ebooks when I come to college I cannot get help, I have to get ebooks for myself. I need to understand what I am paying for this time? Rather go to a different college that will take my education serious. I forfeit R23 000 for nothing, now they're asking for more. What was my actual fault here?three years trying to study a year course?
