IS ROSEBANK A **** OR JUST POOR SERVICE!?!!

This institution is a ****. I demand my refund ASAP. As a first year student, my experience with this institution has been shockingly dissaponting to say the least. After having paid my registration, NO further Communication took place. They just went quiet and MIA. I wrote multiple emails to the school and T.white- a dude who was assisting with registration- only to find that he doesn't work there when i talked about him. My payment hasn't been reflected after 2 full weeks having paid it and my modules are not appearing not to mention the study material and neither of the resources- Mind you we are already into the 3rd week of our academic scheduled calender year and i don't even know what are my modules yet. I am truly disgusted with the service and do not trust that my future is secure with this disorganized institution.
