The service has been satisfactory, the staff is friendly and often ready to help, with specific mention of Ms Lebohang Finale. I appreciate her readiness to assist with common issues students may have such as a simple misplace of a student card order. I hope to see more of her friendly and ethical behavior and upgraded as time goes on and development is demanded, otherwise I am absolutely content with her service.
